• My journey as a practicing ENT surgeon started on 4th Dec. 1994. With the establishment of “CHAPLOT ENT HOSPITAL” a first private ENT hospital of Udaipur and 2nd of Rajasthan as a small unit in Ashwini Bazar, Udaipur.
• On 25th March 1995 Climbed the 2nd step with establishment of – CHAPLOT X-RAY & LABORATORY which has minimized the movement of patients. Since then we are performing all Hematology, Biochemistry, Hormonal assay , Allergy Test, ECG, all types of X-Ray etc.
• 3rd Oct. 1996 was the day of establishment of CHAPLOT AUDIOLOGY & HEARING AID CENTRE, with an initial setup by Pocket and Analog Hearing Aid. This tender plant grew to the extent that today it is 1st Siemens Best Sound Center of Rajasthan. We are providing world class Siemens ( Germany ) Hearing Aid Technology by software called Connexx with availability of all types (Programmable and non Programmable) and models ( Pocket, BTE, ITC, ITE, CIC, insio )of hearing aids . The day any new addition made in software and model in world , it is made available in Chaplot ENT Hospital. I am glad and privileged to say that any type of Deafness of any age group (1 day old child to any age) can be managed in CHAPLOT ENT HOSPITAL and need not to move in any part of world.

• On 11th August 1998 , centre in Nathdwara was started and is still gracefully serving the pepole of Nathdwara.
• 1st July 2000 was a day of revolution with start of CHAPLOT SPEECH THERAPY CENTRE and since then this centre is providing speech therapy and rehabilitation with promising results to Patient with : Misarticulation, Stammering, Paralytic Patients, Deaf Patients, Mentally Retarded Patients, Nasal Twang, Cleft Lip, Operated cancer patients of larynx etc.
• 4th Oct. 2000 witnessed the addition of SINOSCOPES & ENDOSCOPES for outdoor and indoor procedures. This has revolutionized the Diagnostic & Therapeutic procedures like Diagnostic Direct Laryngoscopy & Nasal Endoscopy.

• On 24th November 2005 “BERA” (Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry) was introduced as a great Diagnostic tool in CHAPLOT ENT HOSPITAL to screen neonates & infants for Deafness. It is indicated in : New born with jaundice, New born with high grade fever, Children with Congenital deformities, Children with delayed speech, after Forceps delivery, Children whose mother suffered from Viral disease during Pregnancy etc.
• 5th March 2008 – Formation of Smile-Chaplot Charitable Trust serving free to poor population suffering from any ENT disorder.
• 16th Jan. 2010 –CHAPLOT VERTIGO CLINIC was inagurated with installation of Computerized ENG (Electronystagmogram) improved the skill in locating the cause of Vertigo and its management. We run Vertigo Clinic every day to rehabilitate all patients of Vertigo where we plan Medical treatment and necessary exercises like Epley maneuver, Gans maneuver, Semont maneuver, Brandt Daroff Exercise and other exercises for BPPV Patients.
• 18th april 2011 - Installation of impedence added to the diagnostic approach of ear diseases. It is a totally computerized test done by impedence Audiometre. During the procedure, the resistance offered by the conducting mechanism of ear and their compliance to sound pressure transmission is record. It is the intensity of sound reflected back from the middle ear which is measured to analyze the conductive mechanism and various types of graphs are obtained.
